Should I get an aeropress or a french press?
What is better? Generally I like stronger but not too bitter coffee…
I vote for the french press!
The way you prepare coffee is not what makes it bitter. It’s the type of bean. Some beans/coffee’s are a bit acidic, earthy, nutty, floral, and sweet. Choose a coffee that is nutty and sweet and not earthy or acidic. I love coffee that is made in a french press right after the beans have been ground. The flavors are bold and you get the fantastic taste from the coffee bean oils you loose out on with any regular coffee maker. Also coffee that sits too long starts to get a burnt flavor. So if you ever go anywhere and your coffee tastes burnt, that’s why.
