For anyone who has used black cohosh how long did it ttake to kick in?
and I dont want responses on how its so dangerous and not to use it..I just wanna hear from people who have tried it or know someone who has and how long it took to kick in, and how much they took, I have the liquid and Ive been drinking it in tea for a night(3 cups last night) and one this morning)
You might try evening primrose oil, just put a capsule up there before bed. It’s supposed to ripen the cervix up.
