I need to pass a drug test for a Hospital nursing position, any suggestions on flushing naturally?
I am alittle overweight and I only smoke weed, but I smoke it regularly / daily. I have 8 days before I have to test. I have been told to drink alot of water, drink “calli tea” . Was wondering if anyone had any other ways to detox naturally. Not sure if they will do urine or blood test.
The speed at which marijuana leaves your body depends both on the speed of your metabolism, as well as on the half life of THC. It’s estimated that THC can have a half life that ranges anywhere from 1-10 days. It’s almost impossible to find out what that half life is, which means that it is very difficult to use it to calculate how long it will take for all of the THC to leave your body.
If you smoke daily it can take up to 90 days to leave your system. It also depends on a persons, health, weight and daily fluid intake. A lean person less time, a heavy person longer. It can be detected in hair up to 3 years. If you have only eight days you are probably out of luck. Drug tests are often sent off, even when they are done on site, to be checked for electrolytes. So if the urine is too dilute from drinking large amounts of “flushing agents” it’s deemed positve.
Natural detoxification might be more rapid by drinking water as opposed to flavored drinks and coffee. Eating low fat foods such as fruits. Avoid red meats and high fat carbs. Still, that likely wouldn’t be fast enough
