"I can work and live in Russia?

A cause of crisis the economy of my country, culture, politics and other areas, I have the intention to immigrate to another country. My native language is Farsi (Persian), but also I can speak English, German and am learning Russian for a few months. I teach languages in Tehran and only earn up to $ 100 per month.
